On Friday 4th November we went to the House of Commons to debate on issues affecting and regarding young people. The topics were voted by young people they were:

No to tuition fees yes to graduation tax
End child poverty
A greener future for Britain
No to school bullying and
Cheaper transport for young people

Manifesto 2011-12

Members of Youth Parliament (MYPs) for Gloucestershire have developed and printed their 2011-12 Manifesto. Copies of the Manifesto will now be circulated throughout the county and MYPs will be meeting with decision makers and organisations to help raise awareness and address priorities over the coming months.

National Youth Poll Re Alternative Vote

The Institute for Citizenship is conducting a survey on the Alternative Vote (AV).

It only takes 5 minutes, but is aimed at those of you who are 16 or 17 years old and asks what you would have voted for in the national referendum if you had the chance.
