Following the conclusion of the review conducted by the new government and inline with budget decisions over recent weeks, we can now confirm that no further Youth Opportunity Funding will be available.
As originally announced, Gloucestershire were due to receive £291,500 during 2010-11 for the Youth Opportunity Fund, this was reduced to £72,875.00 as a result of the review.
Following applications received during the 1st bidding round which drew to a close at the end of May, the majority of funds have been allocated and no further applications are being accepted unless your group is within the Cheltenham district.
The Cheltenham panel have a small under spend and are therefore welcoming further applications until the end of August.
